We start with the “no pressure” FREE estimate! When we say FREE, we mean it! First, we schedule an appointment to review your project and your specifications. Once we provide the estimate, we will give you a run-down of what’s included and then you make the decision if we are right for you!

Upon your approval, we schedule a time that works for you. Our crew sets up all their equipment and takes safety and cleanup precautions before we begin. We keep to a tight schedule and keep disruptions to a minimum.

Once the project is completed, we start our cleanup process. We remove all construction materials and waste, we aim to leave the property cleaner than how it was when we arrived! Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Lastly, if you decided to go with our maintenance program, then we inspect the roof quarterly or semi quarterly (depending on the contract chosen) to ensure the integrity of the roof. We will clean, inspect, and repair any small issues.
